20味中草药对志贺菌抑菌作用的实验观察

The Experimental Observation on the Bacteriostatic Action of 20 Chinese Herbs against Shigella.

目的:观察耐药志贺菌对20味中草药的敏感性.方法:用临床分离的志贺菌为受试菌,采用几何级稀释法测定20味中草药水煎剂的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果:20味中草药对志贺菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中黄连、黄芩、苍术抑菌效果最好,其MIC范围分别为0.97～7.81,0.97～15.62和0.97～31.25,MIC50分别为3.90,3.90和7.81 g/L,MIC90分别为7.81,7.81和31.25 g/L.抑菌效果最差的是柴胡、蚤休、丁香,敏感率为0%.结论:部分中草药对志贺菌具有不同程度的体外抑菌作用.

Objective：To observe the sensitivity of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs against drug-resistant Shigella. Methods： Test-bacteria were isolated from clinical Shigella. Minimal inhibtory concentrations （MIC） of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs were determined using geometric-progression diluting method in vitro. Results： 20 kinds of tested Chinese herbs had bacterostatic activties at different extent, among which Coptis chinensis Franch, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Atractyiodes lancea （Thunb.）DC were highly active against Shigella. Their MIC were 0.97～7.81,0.97～15.62 and 0.97 31.25,MIC50 were 3.90,3.90 and 7.81 g/L,MIC90 were 7.81,7.81 and 31.25 g/L, respectively. Bupleuiunchinenso DC, Paris polyphylla Smith and -Syzygium aromaticum （L.）Merr. et perry acquired the worst bacteriostatic action, whose sensitivity rates were 0 %. Conclusion：Some Chinese herbs had bactriostatic effect against Shigeua in vitro at different extent.
