摘要 目的:用气相色谱GC-MS法对枳壳挥发油进行化学成分的分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从枳壳中提取挥发油。用归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果:共鉴定了84个成分,占挥发油总成分的80%以上。结论:此方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于枳壳挥发油的化学成分分析,为枳壳的质量进一步评价提供了一定的科学依据。 Objective:To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil from Fructus Aurantii by GC-MS. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted from FructusAurantii by steam distillation. The amount of the components from the volatile oil were determined by area normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC-MS. Results: There are 84 components composed of about 80% of the total volatile oil were separated and identified. Conclusion:The method is reliable,stable and has good repeatability. This method can be applied to the analysis of the volatile oil components extracted from Fructus Aurantii. Evah,ation quantity on Fructus Aurantii provide certain scientific methods.
