摘要 目的:探讨新型低温细胞生存系统用于太空无源搭载的可行性。方法:小鼠黑色素瘤B16细胞在低温细胞生存系统培养26天,利用光镜、MTT法、FCM观察细胞的生理特性;荷瘤小鼠观察致瘤性及对免疫系统的影响。结果:新型低温系统使细胞生理特性有一些改变,此变化是可逆的;对细胞的形态、致瘤性及免疫系统没有显著影响。结论:此系统是目前最简单、易行的无源搭载装置,适合于研究空间生物学效应。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of hypothennia cell living system in culturing mammary cells in spaceflight.Method:Murine melanoma B16 cells were cultured in hypothermia cell living system for 26 days without power source and the physiological characteristics were studied by microscope observation,MTT and FCM analysis. The B16 cells were then grafted on mice to observe the tumorgenesis characteristics and the effects to immune system.Result:B16 cells exhibited some reversible changes of physiological characteristics.No significant changes were observed in morphocytology, tumorigenesis and immune reaction of B16 cells.Conclusion:The hypothermia cell living system is the most simple and feasible apparatus of mammary cell culturing in outer space without any care, which is especially suitable in the research of space biology.
