摘要
目的:探索使用大剂量激素建立兔激素性股骨头坏死模型。方法:成年日本大耳白兔32只,随机分为模型组与对照组。模型组每周2次肌肉注射醋酸泼尼松龙10mg/kg,对照组每周2次肌肉注射生理盐水2ml/只,共6周。观察实验后第2周、4周、6周两组动物股骨头光镜及透射电镜组织病理学变化。结果:模型组股骨头骨质疏松,光镜下空骨陷窝数增多,脂肪细胞数增多,透射电镜股骨头部分骨细胞体积缩小,核固缩,较多骨细胞已坏死溶解成碎片。结论:大剂量激素可导致兔股骨头缺血性坏死。
Objective:To establish the animal model of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head,Method: 32 aduh Japanese rabbits were randomly derided into two groups:experimental group and control group.As for experimental group, each animal was injected with 10mg/kg of prednisolone, twice per week.and as for control group, each ,me was injected with 2ml of normal salive, The experiment lasted for six weeks. Pathological changes of femoral head were observed with light mieroscope and electron microscope,Result:At the end of 2.4 weeks, experimental group, nsteoporosis of the femoral head, increased numbers of empty bone lacunae and fat cells were observed with light microscope.At the end of 6 weeks,Shrinked nuclei and dissolved osteoeytes and fragments were observed with electrum mieroseope.Conclusion:The large dosage of bormone could cause avascular necrosis of femoral head during a short period in rabbits.
