2种实验模型评价5种中药提取物的鼻黏膜毒性

Toxicity assessment of five Chinese herbs extract on nasal mucosa with two experimental models

目的:初步评价5种中药提取物经鼻给药的鼻黏膜毒性。方法:用在体蟾蜍上颚模型考察葛根水煎液、川芎水煎液、白芷醇提液、川芎挥发油及细辛挥发油5种药物对纤毛运动的影响,用溶血实验考察药物对生物膜的作用。结果:葛根水煎液、川芎水煎液、白芷醇提液、川芎挥发油供试品对鼻纤毛运动的抑制作用较小,纤毛摆动时间分别为(670±s62),(640±35),(620±35),(610±46)min,与生理盐水组的(690±30)min比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。而细辛挥发油能缩短纤毛摆动时间[(470±35)min,P<0.01],当0.1%的挥发油乳浊液加入量大于0.3∶5(V/V)时有一定的溶血作用。结论:白芷等4种中药提取物的鼻黏膜毒性较小,而细辛挥发油的毒性较大。

AIM： To assessment the toxicity of five Chinese herbs extract on nasal mucosa with two experimental models. METHODS： The effects of five Chinese herbs （ aqueous extract of radix puerariae, aqueous extract of rhizoma chuanxiong, ethanol extract of radix angelicae dahuricae, oil from rhizoma chuanxiong, oil from herba asari） on nasal cilia movement were tested with palate of isolated toad, and the effects on biomembrane were observed by hemolytic tests. RESULTS： The nasal cilia movement of hemolytic effect tests of aqueous extract of radix puerariae, aqueous extract of rhizoma chuanxiong, ethanol extract of radix angelicae dahuricae and oil from rhizoma chuanxiong are （670 ±s62）, （640±35）, （620±35）, （610 ± 46 ） min, respectively, compare with control group （（ 690 ± 30 ） min ）, there were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Oil from herba asari （ （470 ± 35） min ） can shorten the lasting time of nasal cilia movement significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） and has hemolytic effect （ concentration 0. 1%, add quantity 〉 0. 3 ： 5 （V/V） ）. CONCLUSION： The toxicity of aqueous extract of radix puerariae, aqueous extract of rhizoma chuanxiong, ethanol extract of radix angelicae dahuricae and oil from rhizoma chuanxiong are little. The toxicity of oil from herbe asari is large.
