e-Science 的出现,不仅会给整个科研协作模式带来彻底性的影响,更是给文献情报机构带来发展的契机与挑战。本文通过分析 e-Science 的发展特点,指出文献情报机构针对目前国内 e-Science 的发展现状而须采取的有效应对措施,就是给与 e-Science 密切相关的决策机构与科研机构提供国外在 e-Science 建设方面的管理经验与运作模式的有用信息。

E- Science not only influences the whole scientific cooperation model, but also brings opportunity and challenge to documentation ＆ information organization. The paper analyzes the character of e - Science, and points out that the effective way for documentation ＆ information organization in China to deal with e - Science is to provide useful information that is about management experience and oper- ating model of e - Science at abroad to decision organization and scientific organization.
