The Research on the Gas Interspace Pressure Formed in the Flowage Edge of Liquid Metal in Evaporated Pattern Casting with Hydrodynamics Theory

摘要 从理论上论述了消失模铸造正常浇注金属液流动前沿气隙中压力近似等于液态金属在该处的静压头,指出了当前测试研究存在的问题并介绍了作者在有关方面的近期研究结果。对气膜压力的测量值和真实值之间的差异用数学方法做出了分析。 That gas interspace pressure formed in the flowage of liquid in Evaporated Pattern Casting is equal to static pressure of liquid metal in this position has been expounded theoretically, pointing out some questions existed in present production,with introduction to author's current production about this.The difference between reality and measured value of gas interspace pressure has been analysed by math method.
