基于信息失真分析的铸造工艺过程管理链的流程再造研究

Study of Information Distortion of Managing Chain During Foundry Technology

文章分析了人际合作的四种基本形式的信息流传递的特点,提出信息在传递链路中会出现客观性失真和人为性失真。客观性失真要通过提高合作体的素质来降低,人为性失真可通过改变合作约定形式来降低。据此,文章对铸造企业运作的两个重要链路——铸件经营技术管理过程和生产过程的信息传递进行了分析,发现铸件产品经营和技术管理链存在结构性偏差,只有通过流程再造来消除;而生产链不存在结构性偏差,存在信息向后积累的信息偏差,该种偏差可通过确定合作体之间合理的合作约定方式来解决。

By analysis of the features of information transmitting of the four fundamental forms of human corporation ,two conceptions ,objective information distortion and man-made information distortion ,have been given.The objective information distortion must be reduced by raising the quality of corporation bodies, while man-made one can be reduced by changing the corporation form, upon which the information transmitting process of casting sales and technology managing chain and castings manufacture chain have been analyzed, and it has been found that there was structure information error in the casting sales and technology managing chain, which must be removed by BPR （business reengineering process）;and there was accumulating information error in the casting manufacture chain, which can be reduced by adapting more reasonable corporation type.
