低压射砂-高压压实造型型砂充填过程的数值模拟

摘要 ACE造型方法是一种先进的粘土砂湿型造型方法。ACE造型包括低压射砂充填过程和高压压实过程。本文在颗粒动力学的基础上,采用两相流模型来描述气流充填过程,对气流充填过程进行数值模拟。 By applying two-phase flow theory, a mathematical model describing the aeration filling process has been built with the two-fluid model, and the aeration filling process has been simulated numerically.
