With the development of the Chinese economy and the further deepening of the economics system revolution, the flexible employees in cities are increasing year by year. But there are only the regional rules in the social insurance system, such as imperfect insurance sorts and narrow insurance range etc. According to the peasant workers＇ socialization, it is necessary to confirm their social insurance range, set up the hospitalization insurance and adopt the flexible methods to protect their legal fight.
