员工满意度监测是现代人力资源管理的重要内容。通过确定员工满意度的监测维度、设计员工满意度监测的科学程序,并注重监测结果的实际应用,达到企业生产率和员工满意度的双重提高。
Employee satisfaction supervision is an important means of modem human resources management. The raise of both enterprise productivity and employee satisfaction can be achieved by dimension definition of employee satisfaction supervision, scientific procedure design of employee satisfaction supervision, and more attention which is paid to the practical application of supervision results.
