Research on the Solutions to the Shareholding Splitting in Chinese Stock Market

中国资本市场的股权分置问题制约着股市的良性发展,破解这个难题的核心是流通方式,关键是定价机制。本文讨论了股权分置对中国资本市场发展的影响,并在此基础上提出以送股方式对流通股股东进行补偿,以市场定价为全流通定价方案的股权分置解决方案。

The problem of shareholding splitting in Chinese stock market restricts the healthy development of Chinese stock market. To settle this problem, the core is its liquidity mode while the key is the pricing system. This paper aims at the impact of it on Chinese stock market, and proposes a solution, which includes the items of awarding stocks from the non-tradable stocks holders to the tradable stocks holders for compensation and of setting market pricing as the pricing scheme.
