Study of Optimal Extractive Technique of Tangshenning Tablets by Orthogonal Design

目的:研究糖肾宁片的最佳生产工艺。方法:用正交设计法,考察用水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素。结果:不同工艺结果不同。结论:最佳工艺为取黄芪生药、加12倍量pH值为7的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。

Objective： To study the optimal technique of producting Tangshenning tablets. Methods： The orthogonal design was used and water quantity, extraction time and refluxing time were defined as factors of the design in the whole process. Results： It shows that different technique of production leads to different result, conclusion： The optimal extractive technique of Tangshenning tablets is： taking the material Radix Astragali, adding 12 times amount of water with pH 7, boiling for 1.5 h each time, extracting 3 times in all.
