芪术口服液药效学研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Qizhu Oral Liquid

目的:观察芪术口服液的免疫调节作用和抗应激能力。方法:采用环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠模型,观察芪术口服液对正常和免疫功能低下小鼠的影响;用小鼠游泳法、常压耐缺氧法观察其对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。结果:芪术口服液能显著减轻环磷酰胺所致的小鼠白细胞、红细胞减少,提高脾脏指数、胸腺指数,提高小鼠RES吞噬功能,延长小鼠游泳时间及常压耐缺氧能力。结论:芪术口服液具有增强免疫力和抗应激能力的作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of Qizhu oral liquid（QOL）on the immunomodulatory and anti-excitability ability of mice. Methods：To observe the effects of QOL on immunomodulatory ability of mice with normal and low immunomodulatory ability by the model that peritoneal injecting cyclophosphamide will degrade the immunomodulatory ability of mice, and to observe the effects of QOL on antistiess ability of mice through the mice swimming method and against anoxia method under normal atmospheric pressure. Results： QOL will remarkably decrease the mice＇s WBC and RBC reducing, increase the weight of their spleen and thymus, improve their RES＇ phagocytosis, extend the swimming time and the ability against anoxia method under normal atmospheric pressure. Conclusion： QOL could improve the ability of immune and anti- excitability of body.
