针对化工事业部重大危险源加氢装置丙烯罐的泄漏事故建立企业级现场预案,从应急管理的六个一级关键要素:方针与原则、应急策划、应急准备、应急响应、现场恢复和预案管理与评审改进规范应急预案的编写,为应急救援人员进行企业与周边社区联动的大型事故处理和策划实地演练提供指导。

In the aim at the leakage accident of the propylene tank, which belongs in much more dangerous source of the chemical department, the enterprise grade of emergent case was set up. Its compilation was standardized in six fields of emergent management, i. e. directory and principle, emergent plan, emergent preparation, emergent corresponding, site renewal and management of beforehand case, and evaluation and improvement, in order to guide that emergent rescuers implement large type of accident treatment in enterprise and circumjacent community and plan anti-accident drill.
