大型常减压蒸馏装置设计中HSE问题的思考

随着诸多炼厂的扩能改造,千万吨级的炼厂屡见不鲜,而在炼厂的龙头装置常减压装置中,随着装置的大型化,HSE对设计的影响以及如何在设计中体现HSE理念,就更为重要。

Refineries with processing capacity of ten million dons per year are common occurrence, as many refineries are expanded and revamped. Since crude distillation unit (CDU) is taken as first plant of a refinery, the effect of HSE on design of the plant has to been considered and HSE consciousness has to been showed in design, after CDU became larger scale.
