摘要
分析了石油化工装置检修过程中可能存在的危险特性,针对这些危险特性从组织领导、检修方案制订、安全教育、装置停车处理、直接作业环节、检查监督和后勤服务等七个方面提出了安全对策。
Probable hazard characteristics were analyzed the overhaul of petrochemical plant. In the aim of its characteristics, safety countermeasures were put forward in following seven fields: organization, preparation of overhaul plan, safety education, operation of shutting down, direct operation steps, check and monitor and logistic service etc.
