复硫型钢SAE1141化学成分全自动化分析方法的试验研究

摘要 用化学法分析SAE1141复硫型钢的成分,操作复杂、分析时间过长,为此,研究采用发射光谱法对其进行全自动化分析。经反复试验、探索和总结,研制开发出一套SAE1141标准样品,并据此制作出发射光谱仪用持久性工作曲线,建立了快速而准确的分析方法。试验结果表明,该方法的准确度和精确度均达到了规定的技术要求,且减少了分析工序、提高了工作效率,满足了生产中快速分析的迫切需要。 To overcome the operation complexity and long time by using chemical analysis method, full-automation emission spectrometric method was employed to determine chemical composition of multiple sulfur section steel SAE1141. By trial and research, a set of SAE1141 standard specimens were developed and a constant performance curve was given. A quick and precise analysis method was established. Experimental results showed that the accuracy and precision of this method had been up to the specified requirement, and it created a favorable condition for reducing analysis procedures, improving working efficiency and satisfying the real-time analysis requirement in the production.
