市场经济的良性运作需要完善的法律制度来保障,我国的经济建设正在迅速发展中,与之相关的法律制度建设也需要不断完善。在此过程中,要注意几个基本问题,它们是:宪法的稳定和与时俱进;承认公法与私法的区别;认识到市场经济条件下国家角色的双重性。

To keep the market economy operating satisfactoily, the legislation must be established. Our economic situation is developing by leaps and bounds. More and more legislation were drawn up. Some basic questions must be take into account： the stability and developing of Constitution; distinction between public law and privy law; recognition of the double role of the country.
