摘要
以南昌生米大桥施工中60 m高的门式膺架为算例,利用大型有限元程序ANSYS8.1对其进行力学分析,计算在风荷载标准值作用下的顺风向位移和稳定安全系数,并给出门式膺架的条件极限风速,得出该门式膺架在施工中位移没有超过允许值和不会发生失稳的结论,为类似工程问题提供参考。
By way of example of 60 m high giant gantry used for construction of the Shengmi Bridge in Nanchang, the large-scale FEM program ANSYS8. 1 is used to conduct the mechanical analysis of the type of the gantry. The leeward displacement and stability safety coefficients of the gantry under condition of standard values of wind loads are computed, the conditional ultimate wind speed for the gantry is given, and conclusions are generalized that the displacement of the gantry will not exceed the allowable values and instability will not occur in course of the construction. The analysis herewith provides reference for resolving engineering problems of similar kinds.
