我国师范院校改革发展当前面临的问题

Current Problems Facing the Reformation and Development of Our Country’s Normal Institutions

作为国家教师教育主体力量的师范院校,当前面临着难得的机遇。师范院校的改革发展,必须从国家的需要和学校实际出发,坚定不移地坚持师范性和综合性的有机结合,走纵向延伸、横向拓展、内在联合、学科交叉的道路;必须做好三件事情:搞好教学、搞好科研、搞好社会服务。师范院校可以办成一流大学,国家也需要一批一流的师范大学。师范院校提高人才培养质量,应在加强思想品德教育、培养实践能力、创新精神和学习能力四个方面下功夫。当前师范院校工作的着力点应主要放在加强学科建设、队伍建设、教材建设以及制度建设上。

Normal institutions face rare opportunities as the main force of the Educational Ministry. In account of the nation＇s requirements and the practical cases of their own, the reformation and development of the normal institutions should insist on an organic combination of normality and syntheticity and a line of vertical extension, horizontal expansion, internal unification and disciplinary interception. Normal institutions can rank among the first-class by improving teaching, scientific research and social service, which is also what the nation needs them to be. To better the quality of training, they should try hard to strengthen ideological and moral education, train the student＇s practical ability, develop his innovative awareness and competence of learning. For the time being, the normal institutions should concentrate on promoting discipline construction, teaching team construction, educational construction, and regulations construction.
