摘要
图书馆“软环境”是指客观存在的、主要由工作人员控制和把握的、以潜移默化的方式对读者利用图书馆产生实际影响的各种要素,“软环境”建设是图书馆建设中极为重要的方面。本文论述了图书馆的“软环境”3个层面的内容、图书馆“软环境”建设的措施,以及在构建过程中应处理好的几个关系。
The “soft environment” of the library is the different kinds of elements which are controlled by librarians and exert a subtle influence on readers in using library. The “soft environment ”construction of the library is very important. This paper expoundes three aspects of “soft environment”, the step of the “soft environment” construction of the library and several relations in the way of the construction.
