摘要
(清)黑龙江图书馆是中国第四家建立的省级公共图书馆,也是东北第一家建立的图书馆。在我国近代公共图书馆史中该馆属第一批建立馆之一,而不是第二批建立的。这是一个重要的有据可查的史实。如今该馆已演变成现在的齐齐哈尔市图书馆。本文论述了(清)黑龙江图书馆建于1906年的有关依据,并以此纪念齐齐哈尔市图书馆建馆一百周年。
HeiLongJiang Provincial Library of Qing dynasty was the fourth provincial public library that was established in China. It was also the first library in the northeast of China. This is an important history fact and has its trenchant arguments. And now the library has been evolved into QiQiHaR City Library. 2006 will be its 100th anniversary. The paper discusses about the fact and memorializes the affair.
