摘要 在借鉴过程仿真和热力系统分析方法的基础上,开发了一套锅炉高温受热面金属壁温在线监测系统。介绍了系统的结构,包括网络通讯、数据库、一体化过程模型开发平台IMMS、网页显示软件等四部分。该系统以IMMS及其算法库为基础进行模型开发,利用电厂MIS采集机组运行数据,通过模型在线计算来确定受热面管壁温度,并采用扩展性好、信息共享度高的B/S结构显示实时监测信息。此系统已成功应用于某电厂200MW锅炉,为机组的安全运行提供了有效的手段。 Based on the process simulation and the analysis method of thermal power system, the tube wall metal temperature online monitoring system of high temperature heating surface was successfully developed. The structure of system including net communication software, database, and integrated modular modeling system and web page display software are introduced. Programs are designed in the support of integrated modular modeling system and the algorithm database, taking advantage of MIS in power plant to gain the operating data, the tube wall temperature of heating surface is online calculated in models and show the monitoring information in browser/server architecture which is easily extended and high information sharing. It has already developed for 200MW utility boiler of a power plant. An effective device was thus suggested for the implementation of the safe operation.
