摘要 煤质变化将会对锅炉效率、辅机电耗、排放成本等产生影响,对他们之间的定量关系研究可以为电厂煤炭的采购提供依据,从而提高电厂的运行经济性。在某电厂两个常用煤种历史煤质统计的基础上,研究了Qnet,ar与工业分析成分之间关系,除Aar与Qnet,ar呈明显的反比例关系外,其他指标变化不明显。根据两煤种各3个不同典型煤质的煤质综合经济性电厂试验结果,计算分析了发热量提高对电厂综合经济性的量化影响。燃煤发热量Qnet,ar提高200kcal/kg,330MW机组年发电成本可降低128~245万元。 The change of coal character will impact on the boiler efficiency, auxiliary equipment power consumption,cost of exhaust, and so on. The quantitative study on them will provide reference to stock the coal and reduce the operation cost of power plant. Based on statistic coal character data of two usual coal, the relations of Qnet.ar and the proximate analysis indexes are studied.As the Qnet.ar value becomes higher, the Aar value becomes lower and the other proximate analysis indexes almost don't change.According to the experimental result on two coals and three typical character each, the quantitative impact of increasing calorific value on integrate economy of power plant is calculated.Increasing 200kcal/kg of coal calorific value will reduces 12.8 to 24.5 million RMB/year in a 330MW Unit.
