摘要
针对燃煤过程添加醋酸镁后的生成烟气中NO释放特性的变化分析,实验研究了醋酸镁对于NO生成作用的影响因素。研究结果表明,在燃煤中添加醋酸镁后,醋酸镁对燃料氮的释放过程中起到一定的还原作用,可以减少NO的生成。根据实验中NO转化率的变化可以看出在较低燃烧温度和还原性气氛下,醋酸镁还原NO的作用比较强;对于挥发分高的煤粉,醋酸镁的这种作用更为明显;存在一个较为经济的添加剂量,超过这个添加量还原作用不会再有很大提高。
The study on the influence to NO creation has been done under some different combustion condition within magnesium acetate. The result reveals that the magnesium acetate in coal can make a reducing action during combustion and reduce the quantity of NO on the conversion course of fuel-N, According to the NO conversion, the reducing action is more active under the condition of low temperature and reducing atmosphere. It is also remarkable in the coal containing high volatile. The reducing action is efficient under a cost-efficient dosage of magnesium acetate.
