当今社会已进入知识经济时代,在日益激烈的各国国家竞争力比拼背后,实际上是各国国家创新体系的激烈较量,而知识创新对一个国家的创新体系的形成与完善起着重要的作用。本文通过深入分析知识管理、数据挖掘与国家竞争力的概念和关系,发展一个通过数据挖掘和知识管理推进国家竞争力的理论框架,提出一个知识管理与国家竞争力之间相互促进的螺旋上升的关系理论,指出了通过数据挖掘和知识管理提升国家竞争力的研究中的关键问题。

In the knowledge economy age, the competition of a nation is in fact the competition of its innovation system. Knowledge innovation is a key for forming and developing this system. The paper studies relationships between knowledge management and China＇s competition capacity. It proposes a helix rising theory between knowledge management and national competition structure, and then develops a framework of promoting China＇s national competition by using cutting - edge knowledge management and data mining techniques. Finally the key problems of promoting the competition capacity are discussed.
