高级科学人才和高级科技人才成长因素的对比分析——以中国科学院院士与中国工程院院士为例 被引量:26

摘要 高级科学人才如科学院院士是在科学技术领域做出系统的、创造性成就的学者;高级科技人才如工程院院士是在工程技术方面做出重大的、创造性成就和贡献的专家。二者虽都是高级人才,但工作性质不同,成材的影响因素也可能不同。本文以2002年以前评选出的800多位科学院院士和600多位工程院院士为考察对象,从二者的对比分析入手,努力寻找其中的差异性,探讨高科技人才成长因素的深层次规律。高级科学人才和高级科技人才成长有共同的规律,但二者的差别也是明显的。培养高级科学人才主要靠重点综合大学和大师,培养高级科技人才主要靠重点理工科大学和社会实践。 Senior scientific talents, such as members of Chinese Academy of Sciences ( CAS), are famous scholars who have made systematical and original achievements in scientific and technological field; senior technological talents, such as members of Chinese Academy of Engineering(CAE) , are scholars who have made significant and creative contribution in engineering area. Although both of them are senior talents, the fields on which they focus are different, and the factors influencing their success are different. This paper investigated more than 800 CAS members and more than 600 CAE members and analyzed the different factors and otherness impacting on their success based on the comparative analysis between them. The authors intended to explore the deep rule hidden in senior talents'growing factors. To senior scientific talents and senior technological talents, common rules exist in the process of their development, while the difference is also obvious. Cultivating senior scientific talents depends mainly on comprehensive and key university and great master; and science and engineering university and social experience play a more important role in the process of cultivating senior technological talents.
