摘要
当今档案管理已进入信息化时代,新一代档案人员对一些技术规范、操作方法和工作流程还不很熟悉,对岗位的重要性认识不足,因此要强调对基层档案管理人才的培养,使之尽快适应新时期档案工作的实际需求。
Archive management has been going into informationized time. The younger generation of archivists is new to the technical standards, operating methods and procedure and underestimates the importance of archive management. Therefore, we should strengthen the training of archivists at the basic level which makes them meet the needs of archive management.
