Corporate Governance in Small /Middle-sized Business: Similarities to Family Business

以山东省诸城市中小企业为例,探讨了中小企业内部治理结构中的“类家族化”现象,指出“类家族化”企业虽然具备家族式企业的大部分特征,但与家族式企业存在根本的差别,“类家族化”是中小企业内部治理结构发展的一个特定阶段。

There appears a phenomenon of small/middle-sized businesses tending to be similar to family businesses in their governance structure.The authors think that with all the similarities, there exist fundamental difference between the two kinds of business, and this phenomenon is a specific phase in the development of internal governance structure of small/middle-sized businesses.
