摘要
对空调压缩机外壳铸件的结构及低压铸造的工艺性进行了综合分析,介绍了该铸件在低压铸造工艺试制中所采取的一系列工艺措施,主要有在热节处镶嵌铜质激冷块、开设排气槽、采用较粗的涂料、适当减缓充型速度、在升液管顶部放置过滤网等,摸索出了适合铸件生产的各种工艺参数,成功地生产出了合格的铝合金铸件,并投入了批量生产。
Comprehensive analysis of structure of air-conditioner compressor housing and feasibility in low pressure casting were conducted.A series of countermeasures for the housing in low pressure casting were introduced,and proper processing parameters for the manufacturing were given.Batches of sound castings were successfully manufactured.
