Review of Progress in Investment Casting Technology at Abroad Part Ⅸ:High Hydraulic Pressure Cleaning Sand and Chemical Cleaning Sand

高压水清砂在国外已获得广泛应用,其特点是清理效果好,但缺点是一次性投资较大。为达到好的清理效果,必须要有结构合理的模组夹持装置,较高的水压以及模组与水枪之间的相对协调运动。化学清理在国外的主要进展是,开发出了一些新型化学清理剂以及对渣泥和废水的处理技术。

High hydraulic pressure cleaning sand has been used widely at abroad,which has the features of good cleaning effects and high first-cost.To realize a good cleaning effects,it is ensured to the pattern-assemble holding device with rational structure,higher hydraulic pressure and relative coordinately moving between pattern-assemble and hydraulic device.Some new chemical cleaner and treatment technology for slag-mud and waste-water have been developed for chemical cleaning at abroad.
