基于熵方法分析中风病方剂中药物之间的关联度

Study on the Relation of the Chinese herbs in the Prescription of Stroke Based on the Method of Entropy

目的:运用熵方法定量描述中风病方剂中每两味中药之间的关联度。方法:用熵定义两个随机变量之间的关联度,以此分析中风病方剂数据库中每两味中药之间的关联系数,定量描述它们之间的关联度。结果:有341对中药组合的关联系数在0·1以上,其中185对中药组合具有明确的中医理论依据。结论:熵方法能有效分析中药之间的关联度。

Objective Describe the relation between every pair of Chinese herbs in the prescription of stroke by the entropy method quantitatively. Methods Determine the relation of two random variables with entropy method. Analyze the correlation coefficient between every pair of Chinese herbs in the prescription of stroke database. Describe the relation of them quantitatively. Results There are 341 pairs of Chinese herbs which correlation coefficients are above 0.1 . And 185 pairs of them have specific meaning according to the theory of TCM. Conclusion The entropy methods can analyze the relation of Chinese herbs.
