装箱翻包机回转架结构数字模拟分析 被引量:8

摘要 装箱翻包机工况受力复杂,借助仿真分析软件COSMOS,从运动仿真入手,得到有限元分析所需的准确的边界条件与约束;在此基础上进行了回转架有限元分析,结果表明,其危险区域并非对称分布。最后,应用材料的SN曲线和名义应力法理论,估算出的回转架疲劳寿命与实际使用寿命接近。 The encasing and reversal equipment was effected by complex force when working. The exact loads and constrains what is FEA need was acquired by motion simulation, and on the basic of this, the FEA was accomplished, the result shows it' s dangerous domain is not symmetry distributing. At last, the fatigue damage and it ' s life cycle was predicted, it was very close to the fact instance.
