摘要
通过用陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮对45淬硬钢工件进行磨削试验,深入分析了机床特性对CBN砂轮磨削比的影响,获得了能够进行CBN砂轮高速高效磨削的机床特征参数。
Grinding experiments on 45 hardened steel workpiece were carried out with CBN ( cubic boron nitride ) wheel of vitrified bond. The influence of the characteristic of machine tool on the grinding ratio of CBN wheel has been studied by experiments. The appropriate parameter of machine tool in machining 45 hardened steel with high speed and high efficiency has also been obtained.
