护理人员对人类免疫缺陷病毒职业防护知识、态度、行为调查

HIV Occupational Protection among Clinical Nurses: Survey of Their Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior

目的了解护士掌握人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)职业防护程度。方法对160名临床一线护士进行HIV/AIDS一般知识、HIV职业防护知识、态度、行为调查。结果护士对HIV/AIDS一般知识知晓程度较高,而对HIV职业暴露相关知识认识不足,同时护士因职业原因造成皮肤损伤发生率高,但持普遍预防态度仅占46.8%。结论对护理人员进行有关HIV职业防护培训,提高自我防护意识是十分必要的。

OBJECTIVE To find out the situation of HIV occupational protection among clinical nurses. METHODS A survey of the general understanding of HIV/AIDS, the knowledge, attitude and behavior of HIV occupational protection was conducted among 160 clinical nurses. RESULTS Nurses were ideally informed about HIV/AIDS, but weren＇t about HIV occupational exposure. And a high occurrence of occupational skin injury was found. Only 46.8% of nurses had an common attitude towards occupational protection. CONCLUSIONS It is important to train clinical nurses in HIV occupational protection and so to promote their protection consciousness.
