摘要
当前高校学生管理面临着许多问题和挑战。本文从学生学业水平、就业与助学贷款等方面阐述当前高校学生管理中面临的几个突出问题，并从高校学生管理的工作内容和方法，以及高校学生管理部门自身的建设等方面试图找出解决以上问题的对策。
Universiy students＇ management is now facing many problems and challenges. This article, starting from students＇ academic levels, job-seeking, part-time job and grant-aided provision, proposes several prominent problems which the higher learning institutions are now meeting and tries to find out the solutions to these problems from the aspects of working contents, working methods and the self-construction of university student management.
