晚修是教学工作的重要组成部分。珠海城市职业技术学院中职部的晚修辅导一直有一套严谨有效的制度和做法，对学生的管理和发展起到了积极的作用。随着新形势的不断变化，根据学校的实际情况，须对晚修的方式和内容加以改进。进一步加强晚修管理，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的综合素质。
Evening coaching lessons are an essential part of school teaching administration. We have been a strict and effective operational system, which plays an active part in managing the students. But with the appearance of new situation, some improvement should be made in order to strengthen the management and motivate the students＇ interest in their study so as to enhance their comprehensive quality.
