摘要
目的:探讨转移因子颌下区皮下注射治疗成人复发性腮腺炎的临床效果。方法:复发性腮腺炎18例,应用转移因子颌下区皮下注射第1周隔日注射1次,以后每3 d注射1次,共治疗1月,追踪观察5年评价其疗效。结果:15例治愈,2例好转,1例无效。结论:转移因子颌下区皮下注射是治疗成人复发性腮腺炎的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of transfer factor treating recurrent parotitis in adults （RPA） with submandibular injecting hypodermica. Method：To collect 18 cases RPA with the measure of submandibular injecting hypodermica for 1 month, judge the effect after 5 years following study. Result： the proportion of 18 cases are below 15 cases cure, 2 cases in effect , 1 case failure. Conclusion： the method of submandibular injecting hypodermica is safe ,effective and reliable for RPA.
