摘要
研究和确定城市基础设施建设投资尤其是城市政府基础设施建设投资与国民经济的比例,对于科学制定投资决策、实现城市整体效益最优和可持续发展等具有积极作用.将武汉市历年来的资料数据与国外城市和联合国的推荐指标进行了对比,并与国内19个城市的比例数据进行了横向和纵向的对比研究,对武汉市城市基础设施建设投资与国民经济的比例做出了建议.
The study and determination of the urban infrastructural investment, especially the proportion between the urban government＇s infrastructural investment and the national economy, play positive roles in making the investment decision scientifically and realizing the optimization of urban whole benefit and sustainable development. The data of Wuhan in the past years with the recommendatory indexes of the overseas cities and the United are compared, including the horizontal and vertical comparation between the data of Wuhan and the proportional data of other 19 domestic cities. The proportion between the infrastructural investment and the national economy for Wuhan is suggested.
