多聚ADP核糖聚合酶与帕金森病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 DNA损伤断裂可以激活多聚 ADP核糖聚合酶,引起多种核蛋白发生聚 ADP核糖化。多聚 ADP核糖聚合酶被过度活化后消耗大量 NAD^+和 ATP可以诱导细胞凋亡或坏死。多聚 ADP核糖聚合酶参与了帕金森病的发病机制,多聚ADP核糖聚合酶抑制剂对帕金森病起保护作用。
