重复经颅磁刺激与帕金森病
摘要
近年来用重复经颅磁刺激技术对帕金森病进行了广泛深入的研究,结果尚有矛盾。但大多数研究表明,帕金森病患者大脑皮质兴奋性增高,表现为静止阈值降低,运动诱发电位波幅增大,中枢静止其缩短。而重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病也取得了明显疗效,患者临床症状改善,UPDRS各项评分降低,但最佳刺激参数、部位和时程仍需进一步探讨。重复经颅磁刺激在临床应用以来有着良好的安全记录,未见明显的副作用。
