摘要
本文研究了曲通-100与硫氰络镉形成缔合物,被萃入二甲苯内,用火焰原子吸收法测定二甲苯层中镉的吸光度,间接测出曲通-100的含量。介质的pH为5.0,线性范围为0.10~1.00μg/ml.
The Triton X-100 combines with cadmium tetrathiocyanate to form hydrogenbonded neutral ion association compounds, which are extracted into xylene. The concentration of Triton X-100 can be indirectly determinated by means of cadmium absorptivity in thexylene layer by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The Triton X-100 linear range is0. 10-1. 00μg/ml at PH 5. 0.
