青海三江源区生态恢复需要解决的几个问题

三江源生态环境不断恶化已经严重阻碍着该地区社会经济的稳定和发展,并严重影响着全流域社会经济的可持续发展;分析了该区面临的主要生态环境问题和主要影响因素,认为全球气候的变化、草场超载过牧、偷捕乱猎、乱采滥挖是生态环境恶化的主要因素;从牧民群众的生产生活、生态移民、生态补偿机制、提高生态意识等方面阐述了恢复生态的对策。

The sustainable worsen of eco-environment in ＂San jing yuan＂Area has not deeply hindered the social-economic development of this area,but also trings some bad influence to the whole river valley, and because of this it becomes one of the research, focus of social science, bace on the analysis of the main problems ensited in this area and the main reason as well, the article summarized that the gloleclimate changing, the grassland overloading, the covertly humtly and the overflow extracting should be the four main reason of it , and it provided that we should solve this problem form the following： the produce and living of herdsman, the ecology-emigrate, the compensatemechanism and the ecological-conscious as well.
