摘要
目的比较Amplatz血栓消融术(ATD)、溶栓(TL)及手术取栓(TX)治疗急性犬股静脉血栓形成后血管壁α-Actin表达的变化。方法将36只成年杂种犬的股静脉做成血栓模型分为ATD组(n=12)经皮将6-F ATD导管置入血栓内以100000rpm行机械性血栓消融。TL组(n=12)经皮导管介入溶栓,以尿激酶4000U/min注入血栓中。TX组(n=12)以4F Fogarty导管取栓1次。另4只假手术(SH)作对照组。分别于1周及4周后行组织学检查了解股静脉壁α-Ac-tin表达情况。扫描电镜观察股静脉内皮层情况。结果1周和4周时ATD组股静脉壁α-Actin染色面积百分比较少(P<0.01)。1周时ATD及TL组内皮损伤较TX组轻(P<0.05)。结论ATD对犬股静脉壁损伤较轻。
Objective To compare the expression of α - Actin of femoral venous wall after Amplatz thrombectomy device (ATD), thrombolysis (TL), and surgical thrombectomy (TX) in dogs. Methods The femoral veins of 36 adult mongrel dogs were induced thrombosis model. Sham operations (SH, n = 4) were used as controls. The thrombosed veins were treated with either ATD ( n = 12), or TL ( n = 12), or TX ( n = 12). The expression of α - Actin of femoral venous wall was determined with histology one and four weeks after treatments, respectively. The structural integrity of femoral venous endothelial layer was assessed by scarming electron microscope. Results The percentage of α - Actin staining area of ATD groups was less than that of other groups (P〈0.01) in one week and four weeks after treatment. The endothelium injury degree of ATD and TL groups was minor than TX group in one week ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The injury of femoral vein wall after ATD was minor in dogs.
