摘要
利用CNJ502催化剂在固定床反应装置上研究由合成气合成甲醇的催化反应.主要考察了反应温度、压力、空速对催化剂活性及时空收率的影响.结果表明,CNJ502是一种宽温高活性稳定型催化剂,适用于低中压及“双甲流程”合成甲醇工艺.并与ICI513催化剂进行了对比试验,对比结果CNJ502的活性、耐热稳定性优于ICI513.
The catalytic reaction from synthesis gas to methanol in a fixed bed reactor with CNJ - 502 catalyst is studied. The effect of reaction temperature, pressure and space-velocity on the catalyst activity and space-time yield was also investigated. The result shows that CNJ -502 is a stable catalyst with wide temperature and high activity. This catalyst is suitable to be used for methanol synthesis process at low or medium pressure and in methanol-methanation procedure. As compared with ICI513 catalyst, CNJ -502 is superior to ICI5,13 in activity and thermal stability.
