自制同轴导管选择性输卵管造影和再通32例

Selective Salpingography and Recanalization of Fallopian Tube with Selfmade Coaxial Catheter: A Report of 32 Cases

目的探讨自制同轴导管行选择性输卵管造影及再通的临床效果。方法应用自制同轴导管对32例输卵管阻塞患者行选择性输卵管造影,从而疏通阻塞的输卵管。结果32例52条阻塞的输卵管中48条完全疏通,总有效率92%,受孕率41%。结论用自制同轴导管行输卵管阻塞再通治疗不孕是安全而有效方法。

Objective To study the clinic effect of selective salpingography and recanalization of fallopian tube with the selfmade coaxial catheter. Methods Thirty two cases with barrenness were perfomed the selective salpingography and obstruction of fallopian tube with the selfmade coaxial catheter through uterine neck. Results 48 were completely dredged in 52 obstruction fallopian tube （92%）, and the conception rate was 41%. Conclusions It is a safe and effective method to treat the infertility resulted from obstruction of fallopian tube with selfmade coaxial catheter.
