摘要
目的探讨流行性出血热(EHF)患者机体细胞免疫功能。方法检测流行性出血热患者外周血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+及红细胞免疫粘附功能。取患者50人,正常人对照20人。结果与正常对照相比较,患者外周血CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+及红细胞免疫粘附功能降低,CD8+明显增高(均P<0.01)。随病情的好转,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+及红细胞免疫粘附功能逐渐趋于正常。结论流行性出血热患者细胞免疫功能低下与其发病主要机制有关。
Objective To investigate the cellular immune function in human epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). Methods The peripheral blood CD3 ^+ , CD4^ + , CD8^ + , CD4^ +/CD8^ + and erythrocyte immune adhesion function were mensurated in 50 cases with EHF and 20 normal individuals as control. Results The peripheral blood CD3^+ , CD4^ + , CD4^ +/CD8^ + and erythrocyte immune adhesion function decreased,but CD86 + increased in the treatment group compared with the control group. Each index approximated to normal as the status was improved. Conclusions The pathogenesis of BHF is tightly associated the hypofunction of cellular immune.
