高频超声诊断乳腺肿块的价值

Detection of Breast Tumor by High Frequence Ultrasound

目的探讨7.5MHz普通高频超声诊断乳腺肿块的价值。方法应用普通高频超声诊断的67例乳腺肿块,均为手术及病理证实。对乳腺良、恶性肿块超声显像表现和误诊原因进行了讨论和分析。结果超声诊断符合病理结果者60例(89.55%),良性符合率为90.91%,恶性符合率86.96%。结论高频超声诊断乳腺肿块有重要的临床价值。

Objective To study the application of high frequence ultrasound（HFU） in detecting breast tumor. Methods 67 cases with breast tumor were diagnosed by ultrasonography and confirmed by operation and pathological examination. Manifestations of benign and malignant breast tumors were discussed and the causes of misdiagnosis were also analyzed. Results The overall diagnostic coincidence rate was 89.55% （60/67）, among which benign tumor was 90.91% （40/44）, malignant tumor was 86, 96% （20/23）, Conclusions The clinical value of HFU is obviously in the diagnosis of breast tumor.
