摘要
目的观察心先安和益气活血汤合用对慢性肺心病心肺功能疗效。方法48例患者中对照组25例常规治疗;治疗组23例,在常规治疗基础上,加用心先安及益气活血汤煎服,14d为1疗程。结果治疗组心功能改善87.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05);治疗后心脏指数(CI)治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后PaCO2、PaO2治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后肺功能各项指标治疗组明显改善于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心先安和益气活血汤合用治疗慢性肺心病心肺功能不全较常规治疗效果好,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate （Xin Xian An） and Yi qi huo xue＇s soap on the cardiorespiratory function of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 48 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, In control group, 25 patients were given the routine treatment, In test group, 23 patients were treated with Xin Xian An and Yi di huo xue＇ s soap, Results The total effective rates of improving heart function in test group and control group were 87.0 % （20/23） and 72. 0 % （18/25） respectively （P〈0. 05）; The CI, PaCO2 and PaO2 were all improved after treatment, In test group, every index of pulmonary function was increased after treatment especially and they were better than in control group （ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The combination of Xin Xian An and Yi qi huo xue＇ soap to improving the heart pulmonary function of chronic pulmonary heart disease are more effective than routine treatment without adverse reaction and side effect.
